The Air Accessory Package on the 11 Series Service Body

The 11 Series Service Body includes a complete air accessory package designed for pneumatic tool operation and on-site compressed air needs. This standard system provides air storage, delivery, and conditioning without requiring aftermarket additions or custom installation.

35-Gallon Air Receiver Tank

Mounted on top of the service body, the 35-gallon air receiver tank stores compressed air for high-CFM tools and breakout air supply. This capacity handles impact wrenches, air chisels, grinders, and other pneumatic equipment that require substantial air volume for consistent performance.

The rooftop mounting position keeps the tank accessible for gauge monitoring and drain valve maintenance while preserving valuable compartment space for tools and equipment storage.

Reelcraft 35-Foot Air Hose Reel

The spring-retractable air reel mounts in the D4 compartment with a 35-foot reach that covers extended work areas. The 1/2-inch hose diameter provides adequate flow for most pneumatic tools without excessive pressure drop over the hose length.

Spring retraction keeps the hose organized and prevents the tangled mess that occurs with loose hoses stored in truck beds or compartments. The reel protects the hose from damage when not in use and makes deployment quick when you need compressed air.

Lincoln Filter/Regulator/Lubricator

Housed in the D2 compartment, this three-piece combination unit filters, regulates, and lubricates compressed air before it reaches your tools. Clean, regulated air prevents premature tool wear and maintains consistent performance across different tool types.

The manual drain and 2-ounce metal bowl with sight glass simplify maintenance. You can monitor moisture accumulation visually and drain condensation before it damages pneumatic tools or compromises air quality.

Ready for Compressor Integration?

The air accessory package integrates seamlessly with truck-mounted air compressors or all-in-one power units that include compressor capability. The receiver tank, hose reel, and conditioning equipment are already installed and connected, requiring only compressor hookup to complete the system.
