A new remote or unpaired existing remote requires reprogramming to communicate with the bale deck transmitter. This pairing process restores wireless control and gets your equipment up and running quickly.
Remote reprogramming becomes necessary when:
Remove the valve cover on the headache rack to expose the transmitter and receiver components.
Ensure no power is going to the receiver. Turn off the remote completely before proceeding.
Press and hold both the unload and float buttons on the remote. While holding these buttons, press the power button. Continue holding all three buttons until both LED indicators start blinking, then release.
After releasing the buttons, apply power to the receiver.
Allow 5 seconds for the pairing process to complete. Watch for the green light on the transmitter to start blinking rapidly, indicating successful pairing.
Once the green light confirms pairing, reinstall the valve cover on the headache rack.
DewEze bale decks include wireless remotes that operate up to 150 feet away from the truck. This range lets you control deck functions from inside the cab during winter weather or position yourself for optimal visibility when loading or unloading bales in the field.
The wireless system provides the same control as hardwired remotes without restricting operator movement or requiring you to stay in one location during bale handling operations.
If the green light doesn’t blink after following these steps:
Repeat the pairing sequence if the first attempt doesn’t succeed. The system may require multiple attempts if previous pairing data needs to clear.
