Alemite Air-Operated Pump

The Alemite 8595-B oil evacuation kit uses an air-operated, double-diaphragm pump that handles waste oil efficiently without electric motors or manual pumping. Connect to the service body’s compressed air system to power oil transfer operations.

Double-diaphragm design handles contaminated oil containing particulates or water without the clogging issues that stop gear pumps or centrifugal pumps. The pump moves waste oil quickly, reducing time spent on oil changes and service procedures.

48-Gallon Vertical Tank

The vertical steel tank (46.5″W × 9″D × 32″T) mounts securely at the front of the galley, utilizing height rather than floor space. The 48-gallon capacity handles multiple oil changes before requiring disposal runs, reducing interruptions to service operations.

The tank’s dimensions are specifically designed to fit within the D4 compartment without interfering with other service body features or storage areas. Vertical orientation maximizes capacity while maintaining a narrow depth profile.

Eliminating Bulky External Equipment

Traditional waste oil collection requires drain pans, transfer containers, and manual handling that creates spill risks and takes up storage space. The integrated system eliminates these items by pumping oil directly from equipment into the onboard tank.
