      The XD is built with heavier components throughout—triple 8K axles, I-beam cross members, a reinforced frame, and a galvanized steel nose—allowing it to handle more weight and longer configurations.
      Strength comes from multiple upgrades working together: the I-beam floor system reduces flex, the reinforced frame and axle mounting structure handle higher stress loads, and the steel A-frame nose adds durability in a critical front-end area.
      The escape door is the upgraded 52” width which allows for quad ramps.
      The adjustable gate can be locked in at the front of the trailer or moved to adjust compartment spaces every 16” (over 12’ of the trailer).
      They have a rattle-free back door with 2 360° latches, which prevents a rattle up and down and a rubberized jack.
      Smooth double-walled plank construction – this prevents dents showing on the outside of the trailer. Plus, your animals experience a gentler transport without abrasive interior uprights. Hillsboro Endura’s feature bonded panels with high-performance structural adhesives that exceed the power of conventional stake-sided aluminum cattle trailers.
      Slip-resistant grooved flooring is supported by crossmembers running both ways underneath the trailer.
