EXTENDABLE ARM BED (XRM) – now extending an additional 20 inches on all models; the XRM places bales in round feeders or stacks bales in a row with ease. In addition to its reach the XRM Pivot model arms range from 110 to 24 inches across.
600/700 SERIES PIVOT SPINNERS – keep the bale parallel while unrolling and converting into greater accuracy and coverage while feeding.
3100 LB. LIFT CAPACITY – all 600/700 Series Bale Decks include dual lift cylinders with a lift capacity of 3100 lbs. Both the cylinders and tailboard are removable for servicing.
REAR HYDRAULIC COUPLERS – move or operate rear-mounted hydraulic equipment by simply tapping into DewEze pioneer fittings.
DUMMY ARMS – solid dummy arms with tie-down hooks assist you with your hauling needs. The dummy arms create side rails on the perimeter of the bed when the bale arms are not in use.

FAQs

What is the time to install this deck?

Installing a bale deck takes on average about 1.5 days. Usually, the customer would come the morning of install and drop the truck off, then stay overnight and it would be done by lunch the following day.

Where do I stay overnight?

We have a new hotel in town called Cobble Creek Lodge. When you book in, mention that you are getting a truck deck installed at Arrow Equipment and you can get a discount!

What do I do while my deck is getting installed?

We have loaner truck that can be borrowed for the day.

Can my backup camera be remounted?

Yes, we can remount most backup cameras into the bale deck. We just need to know if this option is wanted beforehand.

Can my sensors be remounted?

These can sometimes be remounted but it must be completed at the truck dealership.

What do I do with my truck box?

You can leave it at our shop if it isn’t needed, or it can be strapped down on top of the bale deck to be taken home. Just bring straps with you.

What type of payment can I use?

We accept e-transfer, cheque, bank draft, or certified cheques. Credit cards on amounts over $1000 are subject to a 3% fee.
